At Ultra Badass Eco Lubricants, we are committed to delivering your confirmed orders reliably, quickly, and sustainably. Orders placed through our Shopify store are fulfilled using a combination of Amazon Fulfillment (FBA), United States Postal Service (USPS), and common carriers like UPS, FedEx, and LTL freight providers — depending on product type, size, and destination.

📦 Fulfillment Methods:

• Amazon FBA (Primary Method):
  Most Shopify orders are automatically fulfilled through Amazon’s Fulfillment Network, ensuring fast, reliable delivery with tracking.

• USPS Shipments:
  Smaller items or orders shipping to PO Boxes, military addresses, or rural destinations may be shipped directly via USPS Priority Mail or Ground Advantage, depending on the item and address.

• Freight & Common Carriers:
  Larger, bulk, or palletized orders may be shipped via LTL freight or commercial carriers, depending on order volume and delivery location.

⏱ Processing Time:

• Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days.

• Orders placed after 2 PM ET may begin processing on the next business day.

🚛 Estimated Delivery Times:

• Amazon FBA: 2–5 business days (automatically selected based on your location)

• USPS Priority Mail / Ground Advantage: 1–5 business days

• Freight Delivery: 3–10 business days depending on route, product size, and destination

📍 Shipping Locations:

• We ship to all 50 U.S. states, U.S. territories, PO Boxes, and APO/FPO military addresses.

• USPS is used where other carriers do not deliver.

• International shipping is not available at this time.

📬 Tracking:

• You will receive tracking information by email once your order ships.

• Amazon FBA orders will include carrier-specific tracking links.

• USPS shipments are trackable through USPS.com.

• Freight orders include a Bill of Lading (BOL) and may require coordination with the carrier.

🏗️ Freight Notes:

• For freight deliveries, please provide a commercial address with a dock or request liftgate service in advance.

• Missed appointments or residential redelivery may incur additional fees.
