If you’re not satisfied, we’ll make it right. The guarantee begins on the delivery date. If you experience an issue, contact us within 30 days of receiving your product via the Contact Us form. We’ll evaluate and resolve—replacement, refund, or another fair resolution.

Shopify Orders Fulfilled by UBELUBE™ 📦
Return window (⏳): 30 days from delivery.
Start a return (📝): Use our Contact Us form to request an RMA and return instructions. Do not ship without an RMA.
Eligibility (✔︎): Unused, unopened, original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.
Return shipping (🚚):
Defective / damaged / incorrect (✅): We provide a prepaid label.
Change-of-mind / no longer needed (🧾): Customer pays return shipping.
Refunds (💳 ⏱️): Issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Your bank/card issuer may take additional time to post. No restocking fees.
Exchanges (🔄): Available for defects/damage/incorrect items; otherwise place a new order.
Return address (📍) is provided with your RMA. Please do not ship returns without an RMA.
Print-on-Demand, Apparel & Custom Merchandise 👕
Items made to order (e.g., Printify/Printful) are non-returnable except when: damaged/defective, wrong item or size, or print error/manufacturer defect.
Report within 7 days of delivery via the Contact Us form with order number + photos.
We’ll coordinate with the print provider to resolve quickly.
